Our technical staff has the experience, knowledge, and the ability to solve any hearth product issue. Not only can we solve any issue, but we can make an old fireplace look new. Glowing Hearth doesn’t stop at the end of a sale. From the FREE in-home consultation to scheduling our installation crews, service technicians and finishing work, we manage the process for you, so that the experience is hassle-free and fun. From concept to completion and beyond, we’re there every step of the way.
Typical items included in an annual service call: Complete cleaning of glass, installation of new glowing embers on burner bed, complete diagnostic analysis of safety features – includes testing control valve, complete cleaning of all burner ports to ensure smooth lighting, pilot orifice inspection and cleaning to ensure strong pilot light, detailed log adjustment to improve clean burning and light touch up paint within the firebox and front if needed *additional charge if significant touch up paint is needed. Our technicians work hard to make your old fireplace look new again.
Service Fees
Our annual service fee is $329 for a standard single sided gas fireplace and $369 for a multi sided unit. An additional fireplace in the same home is $209 for a single sided unit and $259 for a multi sided unit. Any fireplace 60” or larger is $479 for an annual service.
